What Color Is Your Nervous System
Running On Right Now?

Your Color Archetype is the nervous system pattern that tells us exactly what sensory inputs restore you and which ones drain you.

This quiz doesn't ask you to decorate differently. It asks your nervous system what it actually needs and gives you a language for the answer.

Color is not decoration.
It's data.

About Dr. Stacey Denise

The physician who built
a framework out of this.

I'm Dr. Stacey Denise, board-certified surgeon, women's longevity physician, and certified color and neuroaesthetics practitioner. I created the Color Archetype framework because the nervous system needs sensory input to regulate, and generic self-care was never designed for how neurodivergent women actually work.

I'm also a late-diagnosed autistic Black woman navigating this exact transition. By the time I had language for what I'd always sensed about myself, I'd spent years learning to mask it. That's why I built The Neuroaesthetic MD, to give neuroaffirming, nervous-system-first care to the women medicine keeps getting wrong.

The Nervous System Eats First™ isn't a tagline. It's the lens I use with every patient, because stress, hormones, and nervous-system function aren't separate conversations. They're one picture.
